Our One Credit Union machine was finally showing the speed we were looking for and Stephen was wheeling his way up the field when mechanical issues struck😓 Making small gains in practice set us up to qualify in our heat race which put us starting the feature from the middle of the pack, in P12. After breaking free from side by side racing in front of him, Stephen was able to race his way up to P8 where he would have a great battle with the 86 of Marcel Gravel for many laps before the car started to shut down. Stephen managed to pull the car into the infield before we lost all power and our night ended with a handful of laps left in the race. We are bummed that such a great day was cut short but we are gaining and hope to bring that momentum on Thursday for double features at Thunder Road International Speedbowl🤘🏼

We had the speed today in both cars, just not the luck we needed!

We’re slowly gaining on our One Credit Union 26ocuvt🍀 However, electrical issues caused the car to shut down with 101 laps on the board and just 24 to go in the feature running P10.

John had a fast car again but the power steering unfortunately blew on lap 52.

We’ll take the speed and call it a win for a big day!🤘🏼
