🏐 Indoor Volleyball vs. Beach Volleyball 🌊

Same passion. Different game.

🏟️ Indoor Volleyball
• 6 players per team (subs allowed)
• Specialized positions
• Played on a hardwood court
• Bigger court (18 m x 9 m)
• Sets are played to 25 points (the fifth set is played to 15 points).
• There are no scheduled side changes during a set.
• Players must rotate each time their team wins the right to serve.
• A block does not count as one of the team’s three contacts.
• A tip (d**k) is a legal touch.
• You can send the ball over the net with an overhead hand set in any direction, as long as it is a clean, legal set.

🏖️ Beach Volleyball
• 2 players per team (no subs)
• Every player does everything
• Played on sand
• Small courts (16 m x 8 m)
• Sets are played to 21 points (the third set is played to 15 points).
• Teams switch sides every 7 points (every 5 points in the third set).
• There is no player rotation.
• A block counts as the team’s first contact.
• A tip (d**k) is a ilegal touch.
• When sending the ball over the net with an overhead hand set, your shoulders and hips must be square to the direction of the set.
