🙌🏻 SHOUTOUT TO Alex Gloudemans - for the first time in our parenting journey, we had to wait for mom to get home from work to go to the cottage. He had it more than handled.

Completely deflate blow up toys for the off season with an air pump.
While it is possible to just let the air out, using a pump will remove ALL excess air allowing the toy to be as compact as possible for off season storage.

Happy first day of school! EddieDog isn’t going to school….yet, we’re working on it! 3 kids 3 buses and the earliest one was 12 minutes late so dad came back and switched and did Nolan’s bus so I could pack lunch since I was supposed to do that in space between stops and then he ran back out to the bus stop and I had to drive through the middle/elementary bus stop chaos and then find a parking spot, but I made it! It was 91° and no air conditioning today which had it feeling like summer not back to school season but we did it! 2026-2027 here we go!

Apparently we missed dog day (since it was open house day) but here is old grandpa Badger Dog and EddieDog Last year we were manifesting a service dog: having a birthday pawty, dog Christmas Jammie’s, etc. This year we’re reveling in the awesomeness!

Happy 12th birthday Nolan! Birthday parties may not be your thing, but we will always celebrate you the best way we know how Nolan Alex! (Last year was manifesting a service dog and this year EddieDog is here!)
Nolan was ruining/eating the foam on the trampoline posts. We tapes with blue painters tape. It worked for a while until he started eating the tape. So we went in search of duct tape to make it really protected. 12 poles, 12 colors = no brainer 🌈 trampoline.

When in Sheboygan….you go to the beach. We went with the basics- towels, sunscreen and goggles. It went surprisingly well for none of the extras! Nolan was in heaven-truly. He was in the water a full 2 hours. Straddle jump competitions and more jumps. Sand slime and finding sand bars. There is sand on everything and it’s going to take weeks to get rid of it, but our hearts are full.
