Lake Superior anglers broke state record for lake trout twice in May The Minnesota DNR’s catch-and-release records recognize anglers for trophy-sized fish that are returned to the water.

"These are some St. Louis style ribs. The cut is the middle section of the spare ribs from the heavy breastbone. Since the cut is closer to the belly the flavor and texture will pop in a meatier, juicier bite than usual. The cook is a savory-sweet dry rub cooked over bark giving it an added smokey flavor. To top it off we smother it in our specialty 'moonshine' barbecue and we broil it to give it that perfect glaze"
