DEAD BALL: Adult Co-Ed Softball Tournament 🥎

One last game before the season dies. 💀

We’re bringing softball back on October 17th at Green Camp Ballfields, but this one is all about having fun! Grab your friends, throw a team together, wear something ridiculous, and come enjoy a full day at the fields. (Details in the comments)

-Food trucks throughout the day
-Costumes HIGHLY encouraged
-Best Costume Award
-3 pool-play games + single elimination
-Max 12 players per team
-Only 4 teams accepted!

Costumes can be individual or team-themed, the more creative, the better. We want good softball, good food, lots of laughs, and a fun way to officially send off the season.

$350/team (payment due in full by Oct. 3rd)

We are down to just 6 SQUARES LEFT on our OSU Squares board! 🏈🌰⚾️

Each square is $100 and gives you 40 chances to win $100 back throughout the remainder of the Ohio State season (4 winners every game)

This is the only fundraiser our team does, and the support from it helps cover our tournament fees, umpire fees, uniforms, equipment/gear, and other expenses that come with giving these boys a great season.

More than anything, we are just grateful for our baseball family and everyone who has supported these kids. Our team is possible because of every single name on this board. 💚⚾️

Congrats to Pitch, Please on earning the title of CHAMPS! 🏆 And Team K-9 on an awesome season and runner-up finish!

Also, shout out to Brenden for hitting the most home runs in the league 💣🙌🏻 and to Nicole for receiving Spirit of the Game! 🥎💚 So well deserved!

Both games were SO competitive and seriously so much fun to watch, with so many great plays!

And a huge shoutout to Ball Busters and Wasted Potential as well. We truly could not have asked for a better group of people to be part of this league. It has been so much fun getting everyone together each week, and Cole and I appreciate all of you for making it such a great league!

We may already be tossing around a few ideas for fall 👀 but for now… let’s enjoy some time off and recover. 🙌🏻😂

Tomorrow is the FINAL NIGHT of our Summer Co-Ed Softball League! 🥎☀️

This league has been such a fun way to spend the summer playing softball, hanging out with friends, and bringing everyone together. We learned a lot along the way and are so appreciative of everyone who played, helped out, came to watch, and supported our little community ballfield!

With daylight starting to disappear a little earlier, we’re bumping tomorrow’s game times up:

🥎 First game: 6:00 PM�🏆 Championship game: 7:10 PM

Chill and Grill Cafe will be back with food and drinks, so come hungry and help us finish out the summer league!

Co-Ed Summer League is BACK tonight! 🥎

The boys kicked off the season today going 1-1, starting with a big 10-3 win over the Spartans before battling the Rough Riders and coming up short 5-1 in game two.

There was a lot to be proud of in game one! Karson had a huge day at the plate with 5 RBIs, including a 3-run triple, while Everett threw 3 scoreless innings with 5 strikeouts. The boys showed patience at the plate with 10 walks and were aggressive on the bases, stealing 7 bags!

Game two may not have gone our way, but there were still plenty of positives. Jagger gave us 3 strong innings on the mound with 4 strikeouts and no walks, while Ezra and Jayce each added a hit. Beau drove in our run, and Ezra reached twice on walks and added 2 stolen bases. As a team, the boys continued to stay disciplined at the plate, drawing 6 walks.

Wins are great, but fall ball is also about getting reps, learning, building chemistry, and getting better every time we step on the field. We saw a lot of good things today and plenty we can continue to build on.

So proud of these boys and excited to see what this season brings! 💚🐻⚾

Due to the weather and field condition, both Co-Ed games for this evening are canceled! We will be pushing it back to next Tuesday. For the remaining two weeks, just push them back a week on the schedule. Thanks!

The Grizzlies had a BUSY weekend! Between celebrating our boys at Signing Day, spending time together as a team, a pool party, and hitting the field for our first scrimmage, it was a hot, fun & jam-packed weekend!

The boys came out ready to play Saturday, picking up an 11–4 win over the Marion Nighthawks!

Lots of great at-bats, aggressive base running, solid pitching and, most importantly, the boys having fun and playing together. A pretty great way to kick things off for this group. 💚
