🤸 WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS!

Not sure what your athlete should wear? Check out our video for some easy attire ideas!

✨ Comfortable, fitted athletic clothing
✨ Leggings, athletic shorts, bike shorts, tanks, or T-shirts
✨ Hair pulled back and secured
✨ Bare feet — no shoes or socks needed

Leotards are NOT required! Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move, flip, and have fun!

👀 And check out the low beam that will be in the gym!

As we get this new business up and running, I also want to ask for a little patience and grace along the way. This is a brand-new adventure for me, and I’m still figuring some things out as we go! There may be a few bumps, questions, or moments where I’m learning right alongside you. 😊

I know there's a lot of excitement around this, and I hate to delay the enrollment. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the last-minute change. However, the software isn't 100% set up yet, and I want to ensure everything is in place so the enrollment process is as smooth and seamless as possible.

✨ Which Rec Gymnastics Level Is Right for Your Gymnast? 🤸‍♀️

Not sure which class to choose? We’ve broken down our recreational gymnastics levels to help you find the best fit!

⭐ Beginner — Learning the basics, building confidence, strength, flexibility & body awareness.

⭐ Intermediate — Building on the basics and working toward skills like walkovers, round-offs, back hip circles, stronger vault skills & more!

⭐ Advanced — For experienced gymnasts working toward handsprings, kips, aerials, advanced beam skills & more challenging tumbling.

Our goal is to make sure every gymnast is challenged, supported and having FUN at the level that’s right for them! 💜

We’re SO excited to officially share our MAK Gymnastics class schedule!

Classes begin September 21, and we have something for everyone—from our littlest gymnasts to school-age kids and advanced athletes!

💜 A BUSY week at MAK Gymnastics! 💜

We’ve been working hard cleaning floors, sealing concrete, and painting the lobby area! 🎨🧹 There’s still A LOT of painting and work left to do, but little by little, we’re watching this space come to life.

And honestly, none of this would be possible without the incredible help from our community. From lending a hand, to getting dirty and helping us tackle the big jobs, we are so grateful for everyone who has stepped in to help make MAK Gymnastics a reality. 🥹💜

We truly have the BEST community, and we can’t wait for you all to see what we’re building together! 🤸‍♀️✨
