STARTING 9/4 at 11am I'm bringing accessible yoga to Find Your Flow fitness and wellness! 620 S Elm
This class will truly be ALL LEVELS. you don't need to be able to stand, get up and down from the floor or balance on one foot, BUT you can if that fits your body!
I am so excited to invite ANYONE to join this class! $10 drop in for a 35-45 min flow, with a guided meditation and community afterward!
If you or a loved one is joining and wants to share any concerns or challenges please DM me or discuss with me before class to give you the best experience and keep everyone safe!

With every breath, practice, day and life you can move with intention.
My intention this week has been rest and ease.
Grappling with death and dying this week has lead me to reflect on the cycle of life and the cycle that manifests in every yoga class.
Physical practice with focused internal gaze ➡️ co**se pose symbolizing death ➡️ fetal position representing rebirth ➡️ walking into your new life with intention
What good has shown up in your life from this cycle? What intentions have shown up when facing hard times?

Wrapping up this month to celebrate yoga as a holistic mind/body/spirit practice with many benefits such as:

• strengthening
• concentration
• interoception
• flexibility
• nervous system regulation
This is an amazing activity not only to include in your movement or fitness routine, but also can be adapted and varied to include in treatment as an OT.

Yoga and OT intersect so beautifully to improve strength, balance, mindfulness and meaningful movement to improve the connection between body, mind and soul!
