I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to coach these incredible athletes every week! Pushing members to become stronger, faster, more functional versions of themselves is one reason why I do what I do. Seeing them smile after class (even when being a human base) is just a bonus!

Eats with Em 🥩🥕🫐🥔🍓
1)Gluten Free Chicken Alfredo🍗
1 serving Jovial gluten free fettuccine noodles with a serving of Classico four cheese alfredo sauce, 4 ounces cajun seasoned grilled chicken breast, + veggie(s) of choice!
2)Lean Beef Stew🥘
Top round roast cut in to 2 inch cubes with 4 chopped carrots, 4 stalks of celery, an onion, and 1 bag of petite gold potatoes. 2 cups Kettle & Fire beef bone broth, seasonings of choice + rice flour to thicken.
3)Overnight Protein Oats🥣
1/2 cup Bob’s Red mill old fashion rolled oats with 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 serving chia seeds, 1 scoop salted caramel whey protein isolate topped with berries of choice.
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries all score low on the glycemic index. They have very little sugar, but lots of fiber and antioxidants. High-fiber fruits, like berries, help slow down the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream, preventing blood glucose spikes. Berries also give you more bang for your calorie buck, meaning you get more of them for fewer calories making them a great snack if you’re in a fat loss phase!
