Sometimes and somedays I take a step with my left foot and get reminded of that moment. Today, I almost said I didn’t want to walk no more today. I actually slapped myself and said “Cee you have to keep going. It’s imperative that you do. Keep fighting.” Today, I actually trained 8 clients with a bum foot and hid the pain. I can’t show weakness. Even if admit it hurts I’m smiling. I’m strong. Prideful. Strong minded. Hardcore. I’m all of that. It is what it is
