Where your eyes go your body will follow. Man to Man coverage requires you keep your eyes on the WR.

Bump N Run coverage is a skill that can quickly disrupt the timing of the QB & WR.

Drills are parts to the whole…at some point you have to practice what you have learned with full speed reps.
It will improve your reaction time and teach you to make decisions in the same speed you will be required to.

ATTENTION DEFENSIVE BACKS LOOKING TO IMPROVE YOUR ABILITY TO PLAY THE POSITION
We are looking for 12 North Carolina High School Athletes to enter our PICK 6 DB CHALLENGE.
Must commit to our athlete nutrition recommendations and 1x per week defensive back sessions for 6 sessions.
The cost of the program is $399 to train 1 time per week ( investment includes nutritional support, defensive back training, extra workouts, and accountability sessions, etc…)
