Hey everyone! Its been a while since I posted on here due to, well, life. With that said I'm about to start a little 30 day challenge of my own and it has two parts. First, I'm going to take a cold shower every single morning. Many successful people do this including Tony Robbins and Ed Mylett so I'm going to incorporate it into my life. Some of the benefits to doing this are described in the article I paired with this post. Second, I'm going to practice gratitude every morning when I wake up and every night before I go to bed. If I miss even one day, I start back at zero. Let's see how this goes! 🤪🤪

BACK TO BASICS!
One of the simplest things you can do to improve your overall health is to drink a gallon of water every single day. Some of the benefits include enhanced performance & more energy, better weight management/weight loss, improved brain function, clearer skin, and the obvious benefit of staying hydrated!
The way I suggest to track your water intake is to get a half gallon jug and fill it up twice a day. It really is that simple.
If you are working to be healthier, this is a great place to start. 💦💦💦
