Don’t forget to grab the kids and check out Laurel Highlands Composite Team meet ups at Twin Lakes. Meet us at the deck hockey rink next Tuesday or Thursday at 5:30pm. Practice is until 7:00pm. Parents and kids welcome to come ride with us. You just need your mountain bike and a helmet! We’re recruiting kids and coaches.

What a great first year for all our athletes! We’ve been out doing trail maintenance on Monday’s and practicing/conditioning Tuesday and Thursday since around April. It took an amazing group of kids and coaches to bring this program together for our inaugural year. Learn more at pamtb.org on the program.
