Walking isn’t enough. 🦴
Don’t get me wrong, a daily walk is great for your heart and your head. But when it comes to your bones, a stroll through the neighborhood won't stop the "Bone Leak."
After age 40, bone density naturally declines. To stop that leak and keep your frame from becoming brittle, you have to apply load. You have to signal to your body that it needs to keep your skeleton strong by lifting things that actually challenge your muscles and joints.
At 50, I’m lifting so that at 80, a simple slip doesn't become a life-altering injury.
Strength training is the only way to build a "steel frame" that lasts as long as you do. Stop the leak. Start lifting.

The "Muscle Leak" (Sarcopenia) is real. After age 30, your body starts shedding muscle mass like a leaky faucet. If you aren't actively turning the handle to shut it off through resistance training, you're losing your metabolic engine and your future independence.
I’m 50 years old. I don’t train to look like a 20-year-old fitness influencer. I train so that at 75, I’m still the strongest person in the room and never have to ask for help carrying my own life.
Strength is the #1 insurance policy for healthy aging. Let’s plug the leak.
