Everyone wants results.

Everyone wants to lose weight but few people are willing to do what it takes to actually see results.

Tracking your food instead of guessing.
Getting your workout in when you're tired.
Letting your kids be your WHY, not your excuse.
Going for a walk when you'd rather scroll.
Choosing chicken and veggies over pizza.

These are real women. Real moms. Real business owners. They're not more motivated than you. They're just willing to do the things others won't.

If you've "tried everything," and find yourself saying you would do anything to lose weight and feel confident, I challenge you to invest in yourself and make the change.

Let's connect 🤝

Thank you so much to and for letting me model for you and promote your freaking awesome meals 😍

I'm a busy professional and love having the ability to swing by and grab last minute meal preps when needed to fuel powerful workouts 💪

I love that their meals are high protein and nutrient dense... something I will always preach! Be sure to pick up the ranch burger bowl... it's my fave 😍😍

If you "don't have time" for meal prep but you don't understand why you're not losing weight, you may want to re-evaluate your weight loss plan.

What's the alternative to meal prep?
- fast food
- eating out
- not eating
- bars, shakes, snacks on the go

Sure, meal prep requires a little bit of your time, but when it comes to your health and weight loss goals, time is required. You could always get a meal prep service if that suits your lifestyle better, but that gets expensive and boring.

Prepping your meals in advance is you communicating to yourself that you're taking your health seriously. That your blood sugar balance matters. That you want stable energy throughout the day.

Your body is a direct reflection of what and how you eat.

If you're struggling with fatigue loss, DM me the word PLAN, and let's get you on track with something that works for your lifestyle!

Guys, I'm begging you... please resistance train. Please get your protein in. Please build better habits while you're on medication.

+ GLP-1 users regain 2/3 of weight lost within 1 year after stopping.

+ Between 40-60% of weight lost is lean muscle. Why should you care about losing muscle? Lower muscle = a lower BMR... meaning you burn fewer calories at rest but hunger is higher. I'll let you do the math.

+ Your appetite rebounds after coming off the GLP-1. If you haven't changed your nutrition habits, you revert to your old ways, and hello weight rebound.

+ Bone density changes with rapid weight loss. If you're not strength training or getting enough protein, your risk of a fall and/or broken bone skyrockets.

If you're hell bent on using medication, please do it right. Although I promise you, most of you don't need it. 🤷‍♀️

Why do people quit?

Truthfully, people quit something for 3 different reasons.

1. They're uncertain.
Whether they don't believe the process will work for them or they don't believe the reward is worth the effort, they're uncertain about the process. So they avoid the threat of failure because they've likely already experienced that and that doesn't feel good.

2. It's too uncomfortable.
Progress is slow. It just is and there's no way around that. If you gained 50 pounds, it probably took YEARS for that to happen, so why do you think you're special enough to unlearn all of those habits and undo the damage in just a few months? Discomfort accumulates and when the process is slow, the effort to reward ratio may feel distorted.

3. It's emotionally expensive.
No progress is linear. Ever. Potty training your kids, learning a new job, running a business, you name it. Why would you think weight loss would be different? A lot of people use their feelings as a way out of discomfort.

If the scale doesn't move, you assume it's not working... but actually you just haven't 💩 for 2 days and didn't sleep well the night before.

If you feel tired, you assume it's not working, but actually you forgot to get your protein in yesterday, you had a really hard leg day, and your kid woke up crying last night. Of course you're tired.

Honestly... the time is going to pass regardless of what you do with it. You may as way pass the time with strength, energy, and health. I'm begging you, don't quit.

So sorry to any coaches who saw this and got scared 😬

You are responsible for your own results.

Your coach can be the GPS, but if you're constantly making turns that you were not instructed to take (overtraining, skipping workouts, not tracking food, forgetting steps or protein), you're adding time to your journey.

Most of you want to lose weight as fast as humanly possible but you're still stopping to smell the roses every 5 minutes.

You should have a candid conversation with your coach about how aggressively you're willing to drive or how many places of interest you need to see before you arrive at your destination. Road trips can be long and boring, but you'll never make it if you're not following the plan.

If you're chasing an hourglass figure but skipping back exercises, you're doing yourself a major disservice!

A well-developed back creates the illusion of a smaller waist, even if the size of your waist never changes!
