A quick glimpse into an aerial yoga class. It may look like a disco-club, but only because it’s a super speed time lapse 🙃. In reality, this one hour class is a great way to stretch, reset, relax and breathe. Get in the air while “grounding” 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️😌. Optional challenges offered but never expected, and variations available for ALL levels. This is a great class for EVERYONE.

Aerial yoga announcement!!!
First, thank you all for your transparency in helping me navigate the best ways to bring this practice back to Greenville. I realized with your help that I was amping things up a little to quickly, putting challenges in where people needed rest, and a few other oversights that come with having taken nearly 10 years away from the specific practice 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️.
So after some incredibly helpful talks and shared insight, I’m RE-REintroducing aerial yoga classes again in 2026! With focus truly being on relaxation, stretching, and grounding (while still getting off the ground), this class is for EVERYONE and everyBODY.
