Sometimes, it's not about running from something, but rather running to something. Chasing a dream, and not letting anything, or anyone get in your way. Take it on the chin and keep moving forward. Accept the loss accept the failure, accept the critisism, learn from it. Use it to be better, better tomorrow than you were today. It's your decision how you live your life. You choose what you make of it.

Great seminar last night. I was honored to receive my second dan black belt.

It was a great time with friends and an amazing learning opportunity. A lot of situtations covered last night are things that I had not even thought of. Still a lot of learning to do and goes to show you that regardless of rank, you are always a student as long as you're willing to learn.

Recieving my associate (level 3) instructor certification.

Well it truely was a winter tour this year. Even though it was cold and nasty outside we decided to proceed. CONGRATS to Ben on level 4 instructor and Jeff on 3rd dan black belt. I recieved my level 3 instructor certification as well.
