It’s happening again! We have another Pints & Poses class happening THIS SUNDAY @pittstreetbrewing !

Join us on Sunday, October 25th from 3-4 PM for a class taught by @samanthaharrisonyoga. For $20 you’ll get a feel good yoga class followed by a beer!

Mats will be spaced out and we ask you wear a mask until you get settled on your mat for practice. You can remove your mask when you get on your mat.

Erin's Vinyasa II class is perfect for those who are familiar with the yoga basics and are ready to take their class to the next level.

In her class, vinyasa flows link breath with movement to create a workout that will stretch and strengthen your whole body. You can expect to laugh, sweat and leave having enjoyed the time you get to spend with each other.

Join Samantha Harrison Yoga to practice mindfulness in movement. Samantha's Mindful Movement & Meditation class melds vinyasa yoga with non-traditional yoga movements and at the end of the class we practice a seated meditation.

When we asked Lisa what she wished people knew about yoga, this is what she said....

"That yoga isn't just doing a little stretching, sitting in easy seated pose and chanting "ohm"... because hey, that's exactly what I thought it was. I was so very wrong and now I want to make sure other people understand all the many benefits of yoga."

As you can see Lisa enjoys working on her upper body strength, core and playing around upside down in her yoga classes.

Little snippet of what our *hybrid* classes are like in-studio.

Class is limited to 4 students. We wear masks when we aren’t on our mat and we check your temp when you enter.

We have OnGaurd essential oil diffusing and have lots of hand sanitizer (although we know hand washing is the best!).

We also have lots of Zoom options and you can choose to do Zoom with the hybrid classes as well.
