Nature has always been my softest way to surrender when the world feels harsh and overwhelming.

I find stillness in my nervous system while gazing at all the colors of green surrounding me, at the waves in the water, at the animals, and at the beauty of the plants.

This morning, I collected a beautiful bouquet to place in my home office to remind me of the serenity that lies at my footsteps. I found a feather to add to it, which reminds me that this path is my calling.

Life doesn’t always have to be going through the motions. It’s okay to stop of smell the flowers. 🌸
