Such role models for young girls through strength, dedication and perseverance. Imagine getting a big box of mail from awesome women when you are 9?!

Tri Season is in full swing. Congrats to all Karen Brown, JJ Rattray, Michelle Herman, Abbe Karmen who all raced the Mossman Sprint today. Mother and daughter Karen and JJ each saw the podium again! Congrats to Coach Joanne Dondero who competed in the HITS Olympic Kingston coming in 2nd Place in AG. So proud of all you ladies!
