I just wanted to quickly post on here and say I’m really looking forward to coaching you all on Monday 26th.

I’ll be at the 4:30pm, 5:45pm & 7:00pm classes and can’t wait to meet you all.

Missing your rower time? We’ve got you covered in today’s Orangetheory At-Home workout. WaterRowers for everyone! (Just kidding.) We all miss the total body workout that our WaterRower provides, so today we’ll focus on targeting all those muscle groups. You hear that? It’s the ⏰ ticking. Programmed to go off at different checkpoints. Ready to catch EVERYONE covering distance today infor the Catch Me if You Can signature workout. As the time decreases between each checkpoint, that’s when the challenge levels up. So, when you get caught, don’t sweat it! Focus less on sticking it out till the end and more on getting farther than you did last time. Or if you’re new, set a baseline — this should be somewhere between your Base and three-minute Push Pace.

Tomorrow, you can check Catch Me if You Can off your list. ✔️ This fun-filled signature workout will measure how far you can go before you get “caught” by the checkpoint timer. And when you do get caught (most of us will), you’ll want to record your final distance in the Challenge Tracker. That’s where you’ll see yourself improve over time.
Got it? Good. Now, put your best 👟 by the door. pre-book tomorrow’s class, and feel confident you’ll crush at least one checkpoint more than last time.

How many burpees would YOU do to help raise money for ? Because for Coach Alex, last year that number was 510. Yes — 510. TEN burpees for every $15 raised at @otfmidtowntulsa for @american_heart. “Because there’s no better way to show your appreciation for your heartbeat than by making it work a little harder,” she says. She’s got so much passion, and her WHY behind it all is her dad, who passed away from a sudden heart attack. “He was a huge cheerleader for me, so a big source of motivation for me when I get tired is him, because I know he is still with me, cheering me on, and bragging to all his fellow angels.” Coach Alex, we’re so inspired by your story. And your challenge? Let's all do it. , what do you say you tag your favorite coach and have them record themselves doing 10 burpees for every $10 donated to the American Heart Association?
