Here's a clip of her training from the past 2 weeks. Being a Strength & Conditioning coach allows me to use a wide range of exercises that translate over to bodybuilding training. The last few weeks of her training, I incorporated some conditioning training related to sports training that helped make her physique better by burning the excess bodyfat her body needed to loose to make her sharp and tight. Here is this particular protocol.

Rok @itsjxshhyy getting some good quality work in with his basketball training coach @jfree_journey yesterday. Roks development has been extremely good since he has been going to coach J. He is big on the fundamentals of the game and is very detailed. He is a great teacher and motivator also. I highly recommend him! Here is a lil clip of there session yesterday.

Strength training can be effective in the rehabilitation of an I injury. Here I have #TankLeticsFitnessAthlete Keith has had some right shoulder issues the past several weeks that have prevented him from training at his best. We did barbell pause power squats for 3 sets of 12 reps and one fatigue set of 15 reps. We also did banded machine power chest presses for 3 sets at 12 reps. These movements will increase overall strength, muscle endurance and muscle mass. #KeepWorking young gun!
