To all football players and parents of football. The off-season for football is here and it's time to focus on strength & conditioning training along with speed, agility, and quickness training to enhance performance on the field.

Another point I want to specify to all the football players and parents. A lot of seniors and are depending on a successful season to earn a scholarship to play college ball. Some will be in competition for starting positions and playing time. If a football player wants to elevate their performance and have some success this upcoming season, they have to be consistent with strength, speed, and agilty training, as well as skills training. Focus on proper nutrition and get in the mindset that they are going to be great!

Here's a update. For our 2nd season of training, I wanted to focus more on his speed, agility, and quickness and he made some tremendous improvements in 8 weeks! ! !

The 2023 Middle School and High School Basketball Season is fastly approaching and tryouts will take place to see if a hooper makes the team. A lot of hoopers need to improve their performance to make the team and some need to improve their performance to have a successful season. My Train To Hoop Basketball Training Program will improve a hoopers overall strength, speed, agility, and vertical jump that will improve their performance on the court. activates the hamstrings,glutes,and quads,to increase strength that will produce more force to help a athlete run faster and jump higher. So for a Baseball player like ,who is a catcher, box step ups will help improve his speed to run bases faster and lateral movements quicker. For ,who is a pitcher, it will help increase strength in his plant leg,(his left leg) that will produce more force that will improve his speed on all his pitches.
