Within the first two weeks of training with my sports athletes, I do a testing day. This gives me the information I need to produce a program that will make them a better athlete. Here is , 🏀,and player, having his test day.

So for a Baseball player like ,who is a catcher, box step ups will help improve his speed to run bases faster and lateral movements quicker. For ,who is a pitcher, it will help increase strength in his plant leg,(his left leg) that will produce more force that will improve his speed on all his pitches.
Bulgarian isometric kettle bell Bulgarian split squats will help increase strength and build muscle. This is a great movement for .
I am in phase 2 of ,& , & , off season strength & conditioning training. Phase 2 is increased poundage on each exercise with more isometric movements. Just because they are baseball players doesn't mean that they can't lift a lil heavy. I have them lifting what I call medium heavy weight. What I mean by this is that I want them to use weight that they can do 3 sets at 10 reps without a major struggle. This will increase strength and build muscle.
1) Hex Bar or Trap Bar Dead Lifts(3 sets @10 reps)
2) Leg Presses (Isometric) (3 sets @10 reps)
One aspect of being a Strength and Conditioning & Performance coach for youth athletes is that I truly enjoy doing the drills that I have them perform with them. A goal of mine after my surgery was to get in some descent atheletic shape to be able to do the movements they do. I still got some descent footwork and foot speed!!! I truly love working with the youth! !

I may have transitioned to Strength and Conditioning training and Sports Performance Training for youth sports,but I still have a passion . I have neglected my with posting there videos and progress and I want to apologize to them for not showcasing there hard work. Here are and getting in a intense session. These two ladies hit it hard .m Monday through Thursday and a Friday with a strictly cardio session. They have made some tremendous progress with there bodyfat and weight loss along with improving their fitness levels!!
The school year is nearing the end and it will be time for youth and high school football players to get ready for the upcoming football. All I need us dedicated parents and a dedicated athlete and I will create a bigger, faster,stronger football player that will excel on the football field!
