CD Personal and Golf Training provides one on one training programs to help clients reach their individual fitness goals. This may include from losing a few pounds and toning up, to running your first 5k or become a better overall athlete. Throughout my life I have been involved in many sports, but the one that one that is my true passion is golf. I have been playing the game since I could walk and have gone on to become a PGA Certified Professional. Combining my knowledge as a PGA Professional and as a Personal Trainer, I am able to analyze an individual's golf swing and build a full body workout program to help golfers get into the correct position and maintain that position from the initial takeaway through to finish. Players who are working with an instructor are encouraged to bring a video of their swing or bring the instructor along for the swing evaluation. This process will improve the golfer's overall health, help them hit the ball further and straighter and will help extend their time on the golf course.
