The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.
Benefits Of Proper Consumption of Water:
-carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells
-flushing bacteria from your bladder
-aiding digestion
-preventing constipation
-normalizing blood pressure
-stabilizing the heartbeat

Nothing can substitute for just plain hard work.I had to put in the time to get back. And it was a grind. It meant training and sweating every day.
