Another solid week in my #87 Restricted Micro with two podium finishes. I was able to hold onto, and extend, my points lead in the National Open Wheel 600 Series Championship heading into the final weekend of races. Hoping the rain holds off because I’m looking forward to getting back to the Lone Star State and racing at Texas Motor Speedway!

Toughest field of the year BY FAR! Finished night one with a podium and a lock-in spot for night 2. Top 4 from night one competed in a spoon and egg race for starting spot in the feature night 2. My nerves got the best of me and I was the first out which put me starting 4th in the big race. Shane had the track SUPER racey and I worked the entire track to pull of a second place finish. Hungry for that next W and ready to finish the season 💪🏼 with just a handful of races left!

Solid first night finish but night 2 was a challenge. Running with the midgets is fun, but unfortunately doesn't give us the best track. They watered the track before our heats and by the time I hit the track in heat 4, the top was gone and a single lane track made it pretty impossible for me to move forward. I started 10th in my feature and was MOVING when I got tangled with another car on lap 2. I went to the rear and drove ⬆️ 12 spots to finish 8th. My car was FAST in the feature, wish the early incident wouldn't have happened because I was coming! In other news, I took the lead back for the NOW600 Points Championship after missing 2 races. I'm on top by 4 points so it's gonna be a battle the last 2 races!

We ran down to Tulsa for a one night race. Lined up 8th in my feature and drove forward 4 spots to finish 4th and grab another top 5 finish!

Unfortunately, Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex is rained out this weekend so we head back to Port City for 2 nights of action! Check out all the action Start2Finish!
