"Vintage Football - Short Prints" 🏈

The 1972 Topps Football set’s “high numbers” ( #264–351) are scarcer and often more expensive. Additionally, quality and centering were a challenge back then, so pristine cards command a high premium! 🤑🫰🏼

Card Hack №. 107 - "Cutting Corners"

To avoid the corner of your Sports Card from catching the Penny Sleeve when you insert it, cut the very corner off and it slides in perfectly smooth. This is ESPECIALLY useful when inserting vintage Sports cards that don't have perfectly crisp corners.

Side note, make sure your scissors are SHARP, so you don't end up with a jagged cut that makes it even more likely to grab the corners. We've found that Barber's Scissors work phenomenal, or if we have regular office scissors, we sharpen them on Aluminum Foil before we start cutting! ✂️

And you might want to do it over a trash can, because you can cut 10-15 at a time with good scissors, but the corners you cut off are something like Glitter in the way that they seem impossible to get rid of! 😅 🗑️
