An intro class, focusing on the position and mobility required to safely perform the Olympic lifts.
An intermediate class, focusin on overall technique for each Olympic lift.

Atlas Strength summer camp dates! Mark your calendars! Saturdays starting June 25th-July 30th.

This camp is great for those new to weightlifting and those who just need fine tuning. All athletes over the age of 12 are welcome.

Meet our assistant coach Dr. Jason Campbell, PT. His background includes playing two years of basketball at Lamar Port Arthur before attending Lamar University where he graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and then went on to get his Doctorate in physical therapy at Texas Women’s University in Houston. He has completed fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy, has several years experience in coaching youth basketball, and co-developed an injury reduction training system, 5 Star Training System, for adolescents.

Meet one of our assistant coaches Corbin Walters. Graduate of North Dakota State University where he earned a BS in Health and Physical Education.
He has 10+ years of coaching in a multitude of sports including football, powerlifting, baseball, basketball, softball, track and field and tumbling.
