With 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a Realtor (CA, CO, MS) and a real estate educator. I teach pre-licensing and continuing education courses, provide private exam tutoring for licensing candidates, and mentor agents who want to build strong, sustainable businesses.

As a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, I also help agents develop the negotiation and decision-making skills that are essential to protecting their clients’ interests and navigating complex transactions.
