Cars killed, little sore but I’m fine. That’s good I guess.

Had it handling really good in the feature. Got stuck behind a slower car on the start and let some people by. Once I got going car was really really good, picking off cars with excellent drive off and then someone 2 cars up spun, car in front of me moved low and I was wide open never saw the car spinning until I hit him.

That’ll likely put a wrap on our season. Frames bent along with everything else.

Up-and-Down Weekend at Battle at the Ridge

The No. 01 showed flashes of speed over two nights at Pine Ridge, but the final results did not reflect the pace the team saw at different points during the weekend.

Man, racing is tough. Ups and downs at PineRidge Speedway but always enjoy going there when we can. After going p3 in hot laps the transmission broke pulling onto the track as the first car in qualifying. That messed up my focus and track was a little slimy.

In the heat race ran up on 2nd and jumped the cushion and caught the wall 🤦🏻‍♂️ times were good though.

Feature rolled off 14th and on lap one someone up front self spun and throttled up after he spun causing all of us trying to miss it to pile in. Of course.

Limped around slow and finished 12th. I went by myself this weekend and it was rough, but big thanks to David Williamson and his crew along with Allen Edwards and his crew for all of their help. Last thing I want to do is ever burden someone but yall showed true sportsmanship anytime I needed a hand. Thank you. 🤝

A lot of work to make the next MS Crate Late Racing Series race at Greenville, the biggest obstacle will be the transmission 😞 but see what happens. Probably won’t make it but see what the week brings.

They said no lifting for qualifying at PineRidge Speedway, alright then!

Used Friday to do a bunch of experimenting with new rf and rr “stuff.” I missed on getting the rear connected all night but got it right for the feature so have a better idea where to start tonight. That was the goal.

Close field all around ended up 7th but I think car was better than that.

Tonight is the one that counts with the MS Crate Late Racing Series so hopefully we can improve a few more spots!! Track is amazing 2 and 3 wide racing all night. I was never not next to someone for 20 straight laps. Let’s see what tonight brings!

The 2026 season feels like it just started, but somehow it’s already starting to wind down! 😢
