Working with someone on your health online can feel a littleâŚweird at first.
I get it. Youâre sharing personal information with someone youâve probably never met in real life and trusting them to help you make sense of whatâs going on in your body.
Thatâs why I want this process to feel personal â not clinical, intimidating, or like youâre being handed another list of things youâre doing wrong.
Iâve spent more than two decades working with women and their bodies, and one thing I know for sure: there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
We start with a conversation.
You tell me whatâs been going on, what youâve tried, whatâs working, what isnât, and what you actually want to feel like again.
Then we figure out whether working together makes sense.
Absolute worst case? You ghost me and never have to worry about awkwardly running into me at the grocery store.
Unless youâre in South Central PA or Western Maryland. Then I make no promises. đ
If youâve been wondering whether a more personalized approach to your health might be right for you, send me a message. Tell me your story.
