Today, we celebrate the hockey dads who wake up before sunrise for games, load and unload gear, spend countless hours at the rink, cheer from the stands, and support our Hammerheads every step of the way.

From tying skates to offering encouragement after tough losses and celebrating big wins, hockey dads play a huge role in making this game so special.

The Hammerheads are excited to welcome back Tawny Ditto for her second season with the program! In her first season, Coach Ditto led the 12U Hammerheads to the CCHL Division III Championship, becoming the first female Head Coach in Hammerheads history to win a championship. We are excited to have her back behind the bench for another season and look forward to building on last year’s success.

This weekend, our Hammerheads proudly represented the 12U team at the Hershey Memorial Day Madness Tournament. 🍫

From the first puck drop to the final buzzer, these players competed with positivity, integrity, and pride while representing our organization both on and off the ice. We are incredibly proud of the effort, resilience, and teamwork they displayed throughout the weekend.

Today, the Hagerstown Hammerheads pause to remember and honor the brave individuals who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice has helped protect the freedoms we often cherish through everyday moments, including the opportunity to come together at the rink, play the sport we love, and create lasting memories with teammates and family.

This Memorial Day, we are grateful for those who made those freedoms possible and remember the true meaning of the day.
