Join Coach Dean for our first fall strength training group session on November 15th at 11am. This is a group training session available to all Buddy athletes courtesy of Tenacity. Athletes will get the chance to work through the stations of the group training program at Tenacity. Each athlete can work with their parents for some active and fun bonding. If your athlete needs a buddy, just let us know and one will be assigned. Please go to www.buddyathletics.net and choose the strength training registration tab to reserve your spot.

We’re so excited to partner with Philly Pretzel Factory – Lumberton for a special fundraiser benefiting Buddy Athletics! 💙❤️
For every $1 soft pretzel purchased during the fundraiser, all proceeds will go directly to Buddy Athletics to help us continue creating opportunities for children of all abilities to get out on the field, play baseball, build friendships, and simply have fun! ⚾

Registration is now open for our fall running series. Buddies will be generously provided by the Mt Holly Running Club and will be hosted at the Municipal Complex by Hainesport Township.
9/22, 9/29 and 10/6 at 6pm!
This is a free program open to any athletes who want to learn the basics of running who need a little extra assistance.

Did you know: Tenacity Fitness has trainers that are experienced in working with athletes in special populations. Not only does this make for great group workouts, but trainers are available for individual sessions! A few of our athletes have already become regulars at the gym!
