Hey Everyone! Sara here.
I'm taking advantage of subbing a lot this month to bring back deep anatomical detail. 🦴
Do you remember my The Details class? A little like that.
This morning, I taught Pause and made it a Yin/ Yang class. One held posture engaging specific muscles then a corresponding Yin pose.
Tomorrow I'm teaching Resilience at 10:30am and will focus on the power of the shoulder blades.
I'm subbing a number of Saturday Mindful Movement classes coming up ( but not this week), expect to learn the nitty-gritty of Sun Salutation postures so you can access your whole body and move with strength, safety and balance. Our regular teacher Nicole, is already excellent at this. She teaches some of the best Vinyasa classes I've ever taken with deeply intelligent sequencing.

You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to do every posture. You don't need an advanced practice. You need to be curious, compassionate, and dedicated for 6 months. That's it. The more diversity in our training, the better teachers we all become.

Here's the truth: I wasn't ready when I opened Shine. I had lived a completely different life and had a completely different career. But there was something about this.
