UPDATE!! Just received a call, jimmy may have been spotted at the independence mall in Wilmington today at 2:30pm. He shaved his face and head. Was wearing black gym shorts still and a cameo hat with a black bill. He was disoriented and rambling about PTSD, being "down and out" right now and claimed he is staying at a hotel near the mall.
