One more sleep!!!

The weather looks amazing for Friday and Saturday, and Sunday there will be no dust!

Unfortunately we have a change to our food menu, but we will not let you go hungry! We are working on it!

All 4 loops are done. Short. Long. Easy. Hard. Something for all!

Gate opens at noon Friday! Kids can ride as you set up camp!

Monday morning update!!!!

Four more sleeps! Gate opens at noon on Friday! Kids loops will be open Friday! All the trails open Saturday after the 8 am riders meeting!

Did you hear about Keith’s “Orange hill climb challenge”? The first 5 people to make it up the hill on the orange loop, and we need video proof, receive a free TShirt! Who’s up for the challenge? Check out our instagram page for preview and some attempts.

As always, the forms are on the website, please fill them out before coming to help speed up our sign up! And the AMA minor forms, notarize as needed.

Multiple food trucks will be on site, Friday - Sunday! Saturday Italian Ice!

Happy Saturday! We are hard working clearing the trails on this sunny day, and wanted to give some updates!

Don’t forget to check our website https://bearcreeksportsmen.com/family-fun-rides/ for answers to all your questions, the minor release rules, and the entry forms! Remember: EVERYONE needs to sign two forms. Riders and spectators!

We have some new food options this year, so check over the menus!

Also we are cash only, as WiFi is very limited on the hill!

We will have T-shirts and sweatshirts available for purchase as well!

so, the gate will open at NOON on FRIDAY! Let the kids skip school! kids loops will all be open for them to burn that energy!

All the forms are up and they are new! Please read!

It’s TWO pages PER PERSON! Riders. Spectators. Adults. Children.
Also, the AMA minor rule is still in effect! If both parents are not physically present (and no sole custody), we need a notarized AMA minor form completed and brought with you. If you have the annual AMA minor release, we need a printed copy to keep with our paperwork! Please be advised this is not our rule, it’s AMA, and we want to continue to have events so we must follow it! We do not want to turn anyone away, if they do not have the correct paperwork, so please help us out!
Food: We are working on confirming days/times/menus. We will have coffee & breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burgers, fries, chicken and pulled pork! Saturday afternoon we have Jimmy’s Italian Ice!
We will of course have t-shirts, and we have a small quantity of sweatshirts! So don’t miss out!
As of now, the gate opens at 3! If we can open earlier on Friday we will let you know!

30 days!!!! But who’s counting?!?! We are! We have been busy planning! Trails. Food. T-Shirts. Sweatshirts. Insurance. Forms. It’s sure does take a village to host this great event, aka Fall Family Fun!

With summer ending, and school starting, don’t forget to put us on your schedule!

2026 Events Update:

August 1–2 – Quarry Run�: This event is being organized and hosted by the Hancock Fire Department. For any questions or event information, please contact them directly at: [email protected]

September 5–6 – Bear Creek Blast / AHRMA Vintage Bike Event�The Bear Creek Blast / AHRMA Vintage Bike Event has been canceled at the Bear Creek property. However, the event will still take place nearby at French Woods. Please visit AHRMA website for event details and updates.

We look forward to seeing everyone in July for TOR, and again in September for more family fun and great riding opportunities!
