The Cardinals traveled to Mayflower America (IYKYK)
To take on the Eagles. Mayflower would take the opening kickoff and march right down the field to take the lead 6-0. Ace Garcia would score his 1st of 4 touchdowns, this one from 74 yards to put the Cardinals up 7-6. Mayflower would answer again to go up 12-7 but that would be the last lead for the Eagles as Luke Ammons would return the ensuing kickoff 70 yards for a touchdown. Only minutes later Ammons would return a pick6 71 yards for another touchdown and the route was on! Ace Garcia would score 3 more times from 64, 9 and 29 yards for 4 touchdowns. Luke would rack up 2 more interceptions for 3 for the game. Jackson Estes would add a 1 yard score as the Cardinals score 7 times and turn the mercy clock on after the first drive of the 3rd quarter winning 48-12! The performances from Ace and Luke were stunning, but the team as a whole was a well oiled machine in all three phases of the game! The Cardinals come back to Haskell America (IYKYK) with a 3-2 conference record and a 2 game winning streak!
As Always, Go Cards!!!
