If anyone is interested in joining an online workout, Sensei Mike from the Lower Northeast club has invited us to join him on Thursday at 7pm for a zoom class. If you are interested please send us a message and we will send you the instructions on joining. Thank you Sensei Mike.

For anyone missing our regular workouts, we will be adding notes to the page with some tips on things you can do at home to stay active. The first note is up, we are starting with some easy stretches you can do quickly without much space. Stay safe and healthy, we hope to see everyone soon.

We have been informed Upper Moreland Parks and Recreation activities have been cancelled for Spring 2020. This includes our program. You should receive further information from Upper Moreland Township. Please stay safe and healthy. We hope to see everyone again soon.

In light of the current health concerns and school closures, the Parks and Recreation evening activities have been cancelled until April 13th. We will not have class but will keep you updated as we receive more information. We hope to see everyone back in class, healthy and strong, as soon as possible.
