Foul pole to foul pole is a classic baseball conditioning drill that’s stood the test of time for a reason. The soft dirt is easy on your joints, the distance is perfect for intervals, and it keeps you on the field where you belong.
The drill:
Run foul pole to foul pole → walk back → repeat 8–10 times.

While working on a fast feet drill we realized she had two different socks on which made it easier to do the drills. (Instead of right left it became pink/ purple). It quickly evolved into an original song by Leila ☺️
