Skip the concrete, skip the trails — the warning track is your secret weapon this season.
Foul pole to foul pole is a classic baseball conditioning drill that’s stood the test of time for a reason. The soft dirt is easy on your joints, the distance is perfect for intervals, and it keeps you on the field where you belong.
The drill:
Run foul pole to foul pole → walk back → repeat 8–10 times.
