Coaching my son’s 9u basketball team this year! Season starts soon. I think we’ll do pretty good!

My 5th grader!! My blank canvas. Starting from scratch! I don’t have to reteach or correct anything. We start with working on shooting form. Beginner block work. Posting up.. catching and chinning the ball. I tell her all the time, I don’t care if you make it right now, we’re going to learn how to shoot the correct and eventually it will fall.
She be worn out by the time we’re done but she keeps coming back 💪🏾💪🏾

Still putting in work! In a short amount of time, Ariel has made a tremendous amount of progress!!

Elana Robertson is 🔒 in!! She’s got very good fundamentals and a strong base. She was familiar with the Miken Drill but we’re working on improving her footwork. I also introduced “Reverse” Miken. This was new to her, she struggled but she didn’t get discouraged.. she’s working on it, on her own! 💪🏾💪🏾. So proud of you Elana!!
