✨ POUND-VERSARY MAGIC ✨

Today was my ONE-YEAR POUND-VERSARY and my heart is so full I don’t even know where to start. One year ago I picked up those green Ripstix not knowing just how much this format, this music, and this community would change me… and today I got to celebrate it doing what I love most — coaching YOU.

Crunch Hattiesburg and the POUND fam showed up and showed OUT. Every squat, every crunch, every rockstar hit was filled with energy, sweat, laughter, and straight-up fire. 🔥
You didn’t just take class — you PERFORMED.

POUND isn’t just a workout… it’s therapy, it’s release, it’s strength, it’s confidence, it’s joy. And I am so grateful I get to lead this room, this rhythm, and this amazing crew every week.

Thank you for every high five, every class you show up to, every time you trust me with your fitness, and every ounce of love you pour back into me. This milestone means so much because I didn’t get here alone.
