Please enforce your masking policy better. There are a lot of people not wearing masks at all, or not wearing them correctly at this location.
This gym protocol is garbage. One hour is not enough to workout.
All members of 24 hour fitness let's get together a fill a class action suit for not freezing membership dues.
The most dangerous experience I endured was the day glass rained on my entire body. A dangerous instrument was incorrectly placed on a machine causing glass to rain on my I tire body. Both my hands, fingers, right knee, face, head and arms were injured. My eyes were saved because the force of glass knocked me backwards and unconscious for a minute. Blood was streaming from different parts of my body. The Lord saved me again. Although, I continue to be a full time job for our Lord and savior. When my mom and best friend passed; I checked out, & continue to struggle every day, min and hour. My 2 daughters, 4 Grand-daughters,& 5 great grand children guide my every breath. They are my life line.
You guys should REALLY fix that water leak upstairs. It's been leaking for 3 weeks, DIRTY WATER, AND it leaks on a machine. Gross.
One of the worst Gyms I've been to. I have never been to a gym where they allow members to take dual 6" speakers and blast their music, it just takes your concentration away from your workouts, besides not everyone has the same taste in music. Free weights area is always dirty and paper towel dispensers are mostly empty along with cleaning solution. I realize the gym is located where most members are minority and that's why it gets neglected.
This needs to be addressed immediately!! This is the poorest kept gym in LA. Equipment that is broken takes weeks to address and that just putting a note on it to say it’s “broken.” And I can’t begin to address the filth in the toilet or shower area!!

This gym went several weeks without hot water that’s an osha issue, the steam room hot or dry are routinely out and also takes several weeks to address.

I typically go the Carson, Irvine or Compton location, never have I seen those places unkept, broken equipment, etc for a long periods of time!!

This gym always ruin my workout!! I left the manger Juan, don’t know his last name and strangely the attendance behind the counter don’t know either, a handwritten message that I’m sure he will not get!!
Free until the end of the year (2018) prices will go up!!

I made a similar post last year in September but there are still no 2.5 lb weights, maybe four 10 lb weights and maybe four 5 lb weights. I bring my own 2.5 lb weights. I may have to bring my own 5’s and 10’s. Bet you my fees won’t fail to go up soon though.

I've been waiting on a call for about a month regarding the cancellation of the early morning spin class 5:30am to be exact. I'm still not understanding why the class was canceled when it was very accessible and pleasible to the ones that had to be to work at 8 or 9am. You have an instructor that is willing to take over rather than have him teach at a 6am class which is an inconvenience. I have been a member of this gym for a long time and not responding to customers needs or concerns is very inconsiderate. Maybe if the whole faculty gets revamp something will get done. Don't mean to be harsh but at this point I'm fed up!!
Unfortunately 24 hour fitness on 120th St in Hawthorn has so much filth build up on the walls & ceilings it’s a crime at this point. Can only imagine the toxins people are breathing
