Hays High Track

This Friday and Saturday, 23 HHS athletes head to Wichita for the State Championship - widely known as the largest high school track meet in the country! The pictures represent our HHS athletes schedule of events.

Congratulations to our 2026 State Meet Qualifiers! This group has put in the work all season long, and we couldn’t be more proud. Time to compete with the best in the state! Hays High School

1-2-3 in shot put & discus for the boys! Also our Pole Vaulters both claimed league titles in the vault! Just a few of the highlights from the many great performances.

The Lady Indians finished 1st as a team to make it back to back League Champs and the boys finished 2nd in a close battle that came down to the last race. Lyndi Zimmerman was named the Female Athlete of the Year for the WAC league meet.

The Indians wrapped up the regular season at Salina Central on Friday and are starting to hit their stride heading into the championship stretch with League, Regionals, and State the next 3 weeks!
