This quote may seem aggressive but can you imagine a commitment so strong, to your nutrition and weight training? You’d accomplish each of your goals relating to appearance, health, strength and mental clarity. You’d be a happier person and many others would be inspired by your focus.

With only 100lbs of iron on the rack, this weighted hip hinge is a great accessory in today’s training. The goal is to move slower and deepen the connection between muscle and mind!

You tell the hamstrings to engage, (on cue) they do!
You tell the glutes to engage, (on cue) they do!

We will add more deficit to deepen the hip hinge and recruit more hamstrings/ glutes for the movement.

Can the Abductor Machine help me grow my glutes?
Yes. The Abductor Machine can “help” shape and grow your glutes but it is NOT a magic “big butt” machine, all by itself. If the goal is bigger glutes, treat the Abductor Machine as an accessory or finisher but not the main lift.

Some examples of what works well in our gym, are:
1. Hip Thrusters + Abductor Machine + Proper Nutrition
2. Belt Squats + Abductor Machine + Proper Nutrition
3. Barbell/Dumbbell Walking Lunges + Abductor Machine +
Proper Nutrition

A sure way to enhance your nutrition and weight training experience, is to complete the journey with a special partner. Please allow me to introduce you to Ghamielle and Andy!

Ghamielle’s first email came to us in early December 2025. We stayed in contact and planned for her February start date. She was focused and patient during her first weight training session, and she’s extremely happy to increase her strength, while losing unwanted body fat.

Prior to her second weight training session, she said “let’s get my partner involved, this will be good for US!” Those words have never been truer!

Changing your life is great, but changing your life together, is especially important! Nutrition is first, weight training and discipline are key, consistency gives you longevity, and now it’s time to start the journey.

There’s a quiet woman like Kim in every single strength community, and it is universally known, that she is “a real fighter!”

You may not know the intimacies of her fight.
You may not be open enough to understand her fight.
You may even be too afraid to ask her about her fight.

But what you do know, is that there’s a fight in her for positivity, ownership of her strength, clarity & confidence, belief in family & lineage, greatness in motherhood, a continuous commitment to discipline and a few extra reps while coach is in her face!

We are very proud to say that Kim has lowered her Visceral Fat from Level 23 to Level 19. That is an amazing achievement in her health and we are thankful she is getting stronger with us!

Prior to committing to our program, Mimi and I communicated through text for three weeks. She took a stern stance with me, on a few things she didn’t want to rely on, in order to see progress in her body composition journey. The conversations were very much appreciated.

1. She didn’t want to invest time in a program that relied heavily on “starve yourself” templates.

2. She didn’t want to invest time in a program that substitutes real foods for an abundance of supplements.

3. She didn’t want to invest time in a program that operates under a cardio-only model.

I’m very happy to say, Mimi gave our program a chance and the first chapter is a well-written success! In just a couple of weeks, Mimi has successfully curated a list of personal achievements:

1. Decreased her body weight by 2.3lbs
2. Decreased her body fat percentage by 2.6%
3. Increased her muscle mass by 2lbs
4. Decreased her waist measurement by 1.8 inches
*Mimi’s #1 goal is to slowly increase and preserve muscle.

Due to her schedule, life responsibilities, and a previous injury, Mimi is weight training only twice a week and adding cardio only once a week. However, this plan allows her to safely improve her health without feeling overwhelmed.
