Biology is the study of molecular & cellular communication, their physical interactions, functions, growth & evolution.

Your sense of “spirituality” is really your cells calling to reconnect to nature itself which we are directly apart of.
Reconnect with yourself means reconnecting with nature. Take in the sun, wind, feel the grass, sand, rocks beneath your feet. Get the energy from the suns rays & electric current from the earths magnetic field.

Reciprocal inhibition is the mechanism that drives stretches to happen in the body when opposing muscles contract. You can do this in isolation, however, the appropriate way to apply it is by integrating the whole body. We apply integrated reciprocal inhibition by moving correctly in relation to the FP First 4.

Stand.Walk.Run.Throw

Reciprocal Inhibition is naturally applied when the body Integrates & Functional Mobility is the result of direct application of FP First 4.

THROWING: THE FORGOTTEN KEY TO HUMAN MOVEMENT

- Throwing isn’t just a movement-it’s a fundamental part of what makes us human. For over a million years, our ability to throw with precision shaped our survival, allowing us to hunt more effectively, secure food, and fuel the growth of our brains. It’s one of the reasons we took over the planet. No other species throws like we do, and our entire biomechanics-our shoulders, core, and even the way we stand-evolved around this ability.

Yet, in today’s world, most people have lost this crucial function. The ability to throw well with both arms is a sign of a well-integrated body. It requires coordination from head to toe, linking the upper and lower body through rotational power and elastic recoil. If you can’t throw efficiently, there’s a high chance your movement is disconnected-and that lack of connection often leads to pain, dysfunction, and premature aging.

we recognized early on that throwing is one of the FP First 4, along with standing, walking, and running. Our entire system is built around optimizing these fundamental human movements, because when you improve them, everything else in your life gets better. When you train to throw properly, you develop better posture, more efficient movement, and a higher probability of avoiding chronic pain and injuries. And less pain? That leads to better longevity, more energy, and a higher quality of life.

If you’re not training to move how your body evolved to, you’re training for dysfunction. Learn to throw the right way, and you’ll be unlocking the blueprint for human movement itself.

Repost from

I’ll tell you exactly why this is going on. Playing recreational sports with others for exercise is fantastic for physical & mental health.
The problem is & has always been peoples BioMechanical movement.

The vast majority of people do not move well or have good neurological connection, fascial & muscular coordination & because of this, lack the strength & agility to do such activities.

As an FP Biomechanics Specialist & Personal Trainer for the last 11 years, it’s easy for me to spot inefficient movement in peoples bodies. My job has been to work on the BioMechanical aspect & help people correct these dysfunctions so they can go out & perform activities to enjoy their lives.

There are prerequisites to moving well & the vast majority like to skip steps & don’t work on the First Principles. The cost of health insurance in this country is absolutely a factor in this but more so it is the lack of education & even then, people do what they want. Those choices usually are not the best ones.

● Earlier this month, shares of big health insurance companies fell after UnitedHealth warned that healthcare utilization rates were up. At a conference the company had said that it was seeing a higher-than-expected pace of hip replacements, knee surgeries and other elective procedures.

● In a new note out Monday, UBS analysts led by Andrew Mok offer a surprising theory about one factor that could be driving a higher pace of injuries: pickleball.

● As everyone knows, the racket game has become a booming (and sometimes controversial) sport and business. And per UBS, not only are “Picklers” competing with the public for use of park and court space, they’re also driving up healthcare capacity utilization and costs.
