We’ve had three matches in the past week, and our boys played great! Some ups and downs, course conditions weren’t ideal with the weather, but we showed up, played and got some W’s!

9/8: tri match with Granville and NC. HMS boys got 2nd. GMS: 198, Heath: 200, NC: 214. Medalist: Archer Hayes 45

9/14: HMS v Utica. Heath: 214, Utica: 241. Co-Medalists: Archer Hayes 50, Casen Conley 50

9/15: HMS v Newark. Heath: 188, Newark: 237. Medalist: Archer Hayes 41.

Unfortunately, our match tonight was cancelled and our final match of the season is Tuesday, 9/22, at Mastodon. Come support the boys and see the future of Heath Golf!

First golf match of the 2026 season! Our kids did a great job against the Newark Catholic Middle School team tonight! Thanks, NC, for coming out and enjoying this beautiful evening of golf! Our team loves to play against their Green Wave friends!

Rain, rain, go away, we’re trying to play some golf today!

We hope the kids are enjoying their first weekend of summer break! We met with 27 interested golfers at the middle school a couple of weeks ago, 18 more golfers than we had last year!

We are finalizing our course contract, setting up matches and practice schedule. I will be sending out an email to the parents to gauge interest in playing this summer/fall. In the meantime, enjoy your summer, get outside and swing a club or go putt putt to practice!

A great ending to a fantastic 2025 Heath Middle School golf season!

Tonight we put any rivalries aside with Heath and Newark Catholic golfers teaming up together to have an end of the season scramble. We were privileged to get to play against NC four times this season and having the kids build relationships together on and off the course leading to the final match being a fun 9 holes of friendly competition.

Match Alert!!! We play Newark Catholic at Licking Springs Country Club tomorrow at 4:30! Since you can’t watch the PGA tour tomorrow, come watch the future of Heath City Schools golf! We will be there around 4 practicing then first tee time at 4:30. Go Dogs!

The middle school golf team bringing home the W tonight in our match against Newark Middle School! All the boys played great!

Huge shout out to Heath Mayor Mark Johns for coming to support our boys and Heath Athletics, as well as, Heath varsity golf coach, Adam Porter and JV golf coach Brett Kaminsky! It’s always great to have the community rally around the kids and show their support on a beautiful night.

It’s a great day to be a Bulldog!
