Today I quite literally had a mental breakdown because I stepped on the scale and saw I was up 5lbs. I forget how far I have come. After losing all this weight I still feel like I look the same sometimes. It is a battle everyday with ourselves. I find it important to look back to when I started and see how I have completely changed not only physically but mentally. I make better choices and choose to put myself first. Confidence is truly key. Thanks for reading my vent 🤧🩵
