8 mile long run this morning on the treadmill. 8 miles on the treadmill is kinda boring but when its winter break you gotta do what you gotta do 🤷‍♀️

Today's speed intervals were tough 💀 I had planned to increase my speed and the length of my intervals, but didnt plan til last night to get up and do them at 530 am 🤷‍♀️ I always feel rushed when I wait until the afternoon. When I travel for work I get my runs done first thing, so decided why cant I at home too?!

They were tough though, I will admit that. You know it's going to be tough when youre fighting to finish that first interval and know you got 4 more to go after that!

Friday night run ✌️ we did 5 x 6min run 1min walk and finished with 30 second sprints

Come hit legs with me 🦵 My favorite workout day of the week! Stuck to machines today because I was on a time crunch, but love whenever I get the chance to do heavy leg press! 3x10 @ 388 lbs had my legs burning from the start
