Months out of the water to an adult doesn’t feel like much but in early childhood months can be a huge chunk of their lives. Even if you are maintaining skills by practicing through the winter a refresher is always a good idea!

Just like any other skill your kiddo is learning —whether it be a sport or learning to write their name they need to continue to practice and be challenged as they grow physically and mentally!
