Mat vs. Reformer… let’s break it down 👀

Both are rooted in the same Pilates principles, breath, control, and strength, but they feel a little different. Mat classes use your body weight to build strength and stability, and you can do them anywhere, with us or at home. Reformer classes take those same movements and add spring-based resistance, giving you either extra support or an added challenge depending on what your body needs that day, we have reformers at Green Valley and UnCommons.
