This past weekend was truly amazing! It was such an honor to be certified by the great .savage.smf and the coaches from Steelmace Flow Education! I'm officially level 1 certified! I did it!

A little morning mace flow!
A little twist on the kettlebell swing exercise using plyometrics with proprioceptive stabilization by using a step-360 or bosu ball.
Essentially, you're just doing a kettlebell swing with a jump onto a step-360 or bosu ball forcing the proprioceptive stabilization.
A little inventive plyometric/stabilization training done with a kettlebell and a step-360! The combination is a kettlebell sn**ch + single leg step-up w/stabilization on a step-360.

A photo finish for my first Spartan race: a 21k BEAST! It was a huge success, and I took 4th in my age bracket out of 34 people! Crossing that finish line was one of the more proud moments in my life!
